Where exactly is the storage located?

We are located at Calle de la Botica, 3, right in the center of Barajas. A strategic location just a few minutes from Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport and very close to the metro station, perfect for dropping off your bags before or after your flight.

What are your opening hours?

Our store is open every day with split hours: from 07:30 to 13:30 in the morning, and from 15:30 to 23:00 in the afternoon/evening. Outside of these hours, the premises remain closed and alarmed.

Is it safe to leave my bags there?

Absolutely! Your peace of mind is our priority. We have a restricted access facility, 24-hour video surveillance, and connected alarms. In addition, every booking includes insurance coverage for any incident at the premises.

Do you accept oversized baggage, strollers, or bicycles?

Yes, we have space for all types of items. In our booking form, you can select everything from cabin backpacks to "Special/Large Luggage" (which includes surfboards, boxed bicycles, baby strollers, or musical instruments).

How is the reservation confirmed?

Once you complete the web form and make the secure payment through our gateway, your reservation will be automatically confirmed. You will receive an email with your receipt, booking details, and exact directions to our store.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

Yes. You can modify your reservation for free up to 24 hours before your scheduled drop-off time. For cancellations with 24 hours or more notice, the money will be refunded minus a €2 management fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in the total loss of the reservation fee. For more info, check our Terms and Conditions.

What happens if I'm late, my plans change, or I can't go in person?

If you anticipate arriving later than your reserved time, or if you need someone else to handle your luggage, please notify us as soon as possible.

If the delay falls within our opening hours, it's usually not a problem. If you arrive after closing time (23:00h), generally the luggage will spend the night at the premises and can be picked up the next day by paying an extra day's fee.

Whatever your unforeseen event, always contact us. We will evaluate your situation to try and find a tailored alternative or solution, although we cannot guarantee exceptions outside our commercial hours.
