• Service Management: Processing the reservation, securing the space, identifying luggage ownership and managing deposit payments.
• Security and Control: Ensuring luggage traceability. Since we operate in an airport environment, data may be used to collaborate with Law Enforcement Agencies if required for crime prevention.
• Customer Service: Contacting the user via WhatsApp or Email to coordinate drop-offs/pick-ups or resolve incidents.

The legal basis for processing your data is the execution of the contract for the provision of services (when making a booking) and the user's express consent (when contacting via form).
